There's nothing vegan listed on the menu here - it all seems to contain butter.
However, a rambling reporter visited recently and says they made him an excellent meal. He says: "I had far better service than the omnivore folk in my party, who were all jealous of my custom-cooked tagine." We haven't checked it out personally, yet.

I visited Le Minstral in Bakewell with my partner who is vegan. The staff were accomodating and friendly. They came up with a suitable and delicious vegan meal for my partner and were keen to be given more ideas for vegan meals.
