‘Outside’ is a well-known walking and climbing shop that has an excellent value on-site cafe. This serves breakfasts all day Mon - Fri and ‘til 11.30am Sat and Sun. Vegan options are clearly marked.

Choose from either 5 items for £3.50, or 10 items for £5. Also has Mixed bean curry for £5.50, Hummous, salad and toast for £4, and big mugs of tea with soya milk for £1.

Open: 9.30am - 5.00pm Mon-Fri, open until 5.30pm Sat and Sun.

This place is great for walkers and climbers. No-nonsense food in big portions and cheap prices. If they had vegan cakes, we'd give it a ‘5’.
